About Angie

Chicago-born and Berlin-based, most of Angie’s life has been spent around a stage. From a young age, she developed a profound love for playing pretend that has only deepened over time.

After teenage years spent in song, Angie pursued her passion for theater, earning a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in English from Illinois Wesleyan University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her studies extended to the University of Cambridge in England, where she delved into metaphysics and literature, further enriching her creative and intellectual framework.

Now based in Berlin, Germany, Angie has had the privilege of being immersed in vibrant, international artistic communities. Some of her favorite Berlin credits include Legally Blonde (Paulette), A Chorus Line (Maggie), and Shrek the Musical (Fiona). Outside of Berlin's borders, Angie has had the privilege of performing on stages across Europe, including a standout performance in Lights Up!—an improvised musical that enjoyed a highly successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

In addition to her scripted stage work, Angie is an improviser, known for her impressive abilities in musical improv. She particularly enjoys performing in full-length improvised musicals, where she loves to discover a story as it unfolds in front of her. Angie strives to bring joy to whatever she does, on and off stage, and especially loves the joy that improv brings to her life and to her collaborators.

Offstage, Angie loves to bring 'color and light' to the screen with her work in graphic design. If she ever has a free moment, you can find her knitting or reading on the banks of the Spree near her apartment. Her family, both biological and chosen, continues to be her source of inspiration and support. Psalm 116
